Racial Bonus, ARR is automatic so you don't have to continually press R1 at 380dp I believe it is, racial bonus. Caldari is not a hybrid race, they are not like the Gallente and Matari. Well, the ACR is still better than the ARR, if you don't like repeatedly pressing triggers. Also, racial bous? Oh goodie, a faster reload! Woudln't that mean the Caldari have more of a hit-and-run playstyle? That would make sense, considering that the Caldari focus on Shields.
